How do I reserve a bouncer?

Reservations are accepted at 708-465-6991 or [email protected]. No credit card is necessary to hold your date. However early reservation is recommended.

What type of payment is accepted?

Payment is due in cash at time of delivery. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.

What if it rains?

If the weather is uncertain, the decision to cancel is yours. If you cancel before delivery you will not be charged. If you decide to go ahead with your reservation, payment is due on delivery and is non-refundable.

Jump On It reserves the right to cancel due to poor weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rains or thunderstorms.

How large are the bouncers?

All bouncers have a 15 foot by 15 foot jump area.

How many children can jump at once?

Each bouncer can safely accommodate five 10 to 12 year olds or seven to eight smaller children. Limiting the number of riders ensures the safest play.

Play must be supervised at all times and children should be approximately the same size. to ensure safety.

How often are bouncers cleaned?

Each unit is cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
